highsnlows (www.highsnlows.com.au) is a collaboration between the Australian Drug Foundation (ADF), Orygen Youth Health and the Department of Human Services (DHS) Victoria.

The highsnlows website was developed as part of a campaign project funded through the DHS. The project aims to inform young people (aged 15–19 years) about how cannabis use can affect their mental health and to link them with information, resources and access to mental health and drug services.

The highsnlows website offers visitors:

• Links to short videos about cannabis and how it can affect mental health.
• An anonymous and professional Q&A service that provides clear, unbiased, non-judgmental answers to any questions they may have about cannabis and mental health. The answers are provided by a panel of health professionals.
• A safe space for visitors to share their stories and experiences.
• Information about cannabis and mental health.
• A searchable database of Australian youth-friendly health services and organistations is available on the website.
