I have tried giving up choof and i get really emotional and bad tempered...
You started using pretty young. Your nervous system was still immature then, and THC has been controlling your appetite centre and levelling out your emotions for more than a year. Now, when you go without, your body's natural balance centres are trying to take over, but they are sort of inexperienced, and they are taking a while to get the hang of it. That's OK, because if you hold out, they will start to work the way they should.
Also, the THC from your choof has been building up in fatty tissues throughout you body, and a lot of it is stored away in the insulating material around your brain and nerves (a fatty tissue called myelin). It will take at least a few weeks without any marijuana before the levels of THC in your system fall to where your moods and appetite can start getting back to normal. After that you will find your memory and concentration gradually improving. You should get your appetite back and your sleep will return to normal a lot sooner than that though.
I am a bit worried about your sickness. A few people do feel ill briefly when they quit, but most don't. It is just possible that the pot has been preventing you from becoming aware of some medical problem....no need for panic, but a visit to your local doctor or health clinic wouldn't hurt. Apart from anything else, starting to do pot at an early age mucks up the start of your menstrual cycle, and talking to a women's health doctor about now would be a good thing to do.
