• When collecting personal information we will, whenever practical, outline why this information is being collected, how it will be used and how to contact the ADF. We will not sell any part of information collected, nor will we disclose it to any outside organisation unless approved by you or as authorised under law.
• We may use your information for marketing purposes, however we will not do this without prior permission. If at any time you wish to retrieve, view or alter your personal information, please contact the Privacy Officer (details below) who will do so at the first available opportunity.
• The ADF has taken reasonable steps to securely store your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
